Bill graduated from the University of San Diego in 1985, and began working in his family’s residential real estate company in La Jolla California. Bill’s career later progressed into the commercial real estate industry in 1987 as he joined Daum Johnstown as a retail leasing specialist. Bill assisted developer and investment clients in marketing their properties successfully to national, regional and local tenants. Bill later opted to join Landgrant Development, a large development company based in Del Mar California, as one of their leasing team members. While at Landgrant Development, Bill was promoted to Senior Marketing Representative and was responsible for the marketing and leasing of various retail projects totaling over 1,400,000 square feet.

After relocating his family to Bend in 1994, Bill has continued to be active in all aspects of the commercial real estate industry. He enjoys using his knowledge and experience to help his clients maximize their properties potential and achieve financial success.

Bill is married and has three active boys that he enjoys spending time with in the great Central Oregon outdoors.
