Active in commercial real estate in the Pacific Northwest since 1996, Simon brought a background in business and journalism after relocating to the U.S. from the UK. Simon has specialized in investment sales, representing buyers and sellers in fulfilling long term investment strategies. He also has extensive experience in leasing/Landlord and Tenant representation and involvement in a number of land acquisition transactions. Simon, who lives in Bend with his wife and two young children, graduated in business studies from Northumbria University in the UK in 1984.
