Rick is a Broker with Lowes Commercial Properties working in Madras and Jefferson County.

Rick brings over 25 years of both business and local government experience to Lowes Commercial Properties. As an entrepreneur he has formed, operated and sold several small businesses. Rick has developed industrial and commercial properties in the Madras area giving him first hand knowledge of the local market.

As a former Mayor and County Commissioner he understands local codes, ordinances and the development process. This puts Rick into a unique position to understand growth potential, opportunities and trends that play into any real estate transaction.

Rick is active in the Central Oregon area serving on the Deschutes River Conservancy Board of Directors as well as a member of the Oregon State Marine Board.
