Prior to a career in commercial real estate, Brooks spent eleven years working in San Francisco, establishing a consistent track record of success in exceeding sales targets in multiple fields.  He most recently was a residential mortgage lender for Wall Street firms Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers where he closed over $120,000,000 in loans and established a large, loyal client base.  Prior to that he was consistently a top performer for Advent Software, a market leading provider of enterprise investment management software applications and services.  Brooks’ depth of experience working in the financial services and real estate markets make him uniquely qualified to understand and service his client’s investment needs. 

A native Oregonian, born and raised in Portland, Brooks developed a deep appreciation for the Central Oregon lifestyle from a young age.  He took a 2 year professional sabbatical in 2002 to travel extensively throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, South Pacific and South America.  He enjoys golf, mountain biking, skiing, travel and all that the Central Oregon region has to offer.

Brooks received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
